I'm just asking you to look into the nextdoor.com at the websites, sign up for that, we will have all of our documents on there. It links to the posts such as this one, but the deeds and restrictions, the homeowners, associations, documents, everything from there.
Pertains to the neighborhood and anything else you can think that we will get onto that website, and that's where all the documents will be there, you can access.
Anything goes on with the neighborhood will be posted
If you have any questions on whether or not there's boats, basketball, goals, bicycles, any kind of regulations, or anything that goes on with the whole neighborhood, they will be posted there, they're actually already posted there, and you can look them up by section.
There are several sections in there, but they all reflect the same basic rules and regulations, so please take time to look at that, it's your neighborhood, the property you need to know.
